The company strives to offer practical solutions to problematic industrial applications. Whether the primary requirement is water resistance, weight reduction, fire resistance, flexibility, strength, or a combination of factors; we have a range of composite panel products to meet these demands.
When confronted with new challenges which are not sufficiently solved by our existing formulas, our R&D team engages with our customers to assess the application in detail to develop a bespoke solution which meets the key criteria. At Atlon our concerns around sustainability are present at every stage of our process:
Sustainable Solutions
Sustainablity
ROKLITE PRO can be cut using the following methods:
• Score-and-Snap (using a standard utility knife).
• Wood-working hand tools such as hand saws / hand routers.
• Wood-working machines such as beam saws and CNC routers.
N.B. Always ensure that saws and routers are fitted with appropriate blades / router bits (carbide tipped blades are recommeded).

Installation Guidelines
Fixing
ROKLITE PRO can be used in a wide variety of applications and therefore the most appropriate fixing method will depend on the specific requirements for each application.
For timber frame applications we recommend using either divergent staples or shank nails.
For best results ROKLITE PRO can be used in conjunction with a suitable adhesive - for recommendations on compatible adhesives please discuss with our sales team.
For best results, and to avoid edge damage, staples/nails should be positioned approximately l0mm from the edge of the sheet.
Joining
For best results ROKLITE PRO can be joined using either aluminium or PVC trims.
Wrapped edges are also available and can be butted up directly if using an appropriate adhesive for installation.
For details on availability of decor matched trims, please enquire with our sales team.
For full installation guidelines please refer to: ROKLITE PRO USER GUIDE document.
